Natural + Organic

I have recently decided to go natural (I am cutting off all of my relaxed hair and returning to my roots!) so I was in desperate need of finding appropriate, organic,  moisturizing hair products to help reconstruction during my growth. My mom has dreadlocks and her hair grows like weeds, so now that she is in India, I snuck into her bathroom to look what products she used. One product caught my eye because it had the interesting name of "Greg Juice". This is a leave-in nourishing conditioner that actually works. I spritzed it into my hair (you guys, my hair is so dry and brittle) and not only did it smell so yummy, but the next day my hair was so much softer. So I went to my laptop to research the company to see if the products had any chemicals or anything that obviously made my hair feel so wonderful. The company is called Oyin Handmade (oyin is the Yoruba word for honey because the base for their products is honey!!) and they are a beauty company that produces and sells 100% organic hair and body products. Your skin is your largest organ of the body and think of how many chemicals you put onto it everyday. They show what they put into each and every product and with some products you have to keep in the fridge so they don't spoil. I truly hate how expensive companies are making their organic products, don't you? Well Oyin Handmade has very reasonable prices......like seriously, I thought it was a scam. The prices range from $5 to around $40 depending on what quantity you are buying. But they have little sample sizes you can try out first and I know you will want to buy more! These products aren't just for people of color! Whether black, white, brown, purple, these are products that can work for all types of hair. If you have oily hair or skin, they have products oil free but still keep you moisturized. Just check them out and tell me what you think!! Organic products for and awesome price........think about it.
