Marked.

I don't know what it is about tattoos....the pain? The secret meaning? The mystery? Whatever it is, I am addicted. Tattoos play a huge part in my family and they are almost like our family crest. My mom, her husband, my 2 sisters, 2 brothers, and girlfriend all have at least one tat while my 2 little brothers are anticipating their right of passage. I currently have four tattoos: one on each wrist, on my collarbone, and on my hip and plan on getting more in the future. Yes, there are plenty of people who I feel make HORRIBLE choices when deciding on their tattoo, but that does not convince me that getting tattoos is bad. Society today has made it so difficult for people with tattoos to be accepted or be employed, but aren't tattoos, like fashion, just a way to express yourself? I think that if you truly put your heart into the research, background, meaning, and design of any tattoo that you plan on getting and then ask yourself if you can see yourself having that tattoo for the long haul, then it is totally worth it. So think about it before you get Bart Simpson on your shoulder or a monkey on your foot. Do you have any tattoos? What is it and why did you get it? Post a comment below or leave a pic response!

But I think I'd never get a tattoo which I can't cover with clothes because, I'd be scared that I don't get a job anymore if you can see my tattoos

  2. I totally agree with you. The way things are now, you might as well just meet in the middle and do what you love but make sure you can survive in this world. What is your tattoo that you currently have?
