Goodwill Haul!

          So every few weeks, at least in my city, Goodwill has a 50% off everything sale........yes, I know. Let me just start off by stating that I am the Queen of Thrifting, so this sale is like Christmas for me. There are 3 local Goodwills in my area so we start early ("we" being me and my fiance) get to the 1st one by 8 am and start looking. I don't know if it just the Goodwills here, but I get really excited of the fact that Target donates items to Goodwill when they have too many products or did not sell enough of them, so I get brand new products for super cheap! I got so much stuff yesterday, brand new at that,  and did not break $50. Quick question: Where do you like to thrift at?

Oh Summer....How I've Missed You

Summer is my ultimate favorite time of year so I thought it would be perfect to do my ode to summer inspiration. Not only do I get to enjoy the warm weather, I look forward to the barbecues, pool side lounging, vacations, concerts, and most importantly, the summer sales! I am such a night owl so you can usually find me sleeping during the day, then hanging out with my family and clubbing with friends at night, drinking and laughing till the morning. I grew up in the same town I was born in so it is still a tradition to go to Old Town, walk around, eat ice cream, listen to hippies strum their guitars, and set up a picnic while we watch some local bands. I have a few trips lined up this summer: one to Destin Florida, one to Texas, and couple more to California that I am extremely excited about.
